o   2012-2015 Procurement, construction, and turnover schedule for plasma fractionation facility (Fluor for Baxter).  Using P6, develop procurement and turnover schedules for substantial portion of Baxter $1 billion greenfield facility to fractionate blood products and manufacture albumin and immune system products.  Develop construction schedule for the Albumin manufacturing building and Technical Services Labs.  Analyze critical paths and provide advice to project manager.  Develop Excel and Access applications using P6 and SQL Server data to track protocols, RVs and procurement status.

o   2012 Pre-Construction Schedule for Semiconductor Facility (Fluor for Intel)
Develop construction schedule for upgrades to 2 semiconductor fabrication facilities as well as utility building upgrades using P6 (version 8.1).  (Approximately $200M upgrade) Provide summary reporting to management.  Support early procurement activities with need dates and consistency checking engineering and procurement documents.

o   2011-2012 Database support for RV / IV / Maximo (Fluor for Grifols)
Support engineering developing and maintaining software for update of RV, IV, and Maximo spare parts information.  Use Access and Excel front ends to SQL server databases.  Troubleshoot problems with the SQL procedures and views.  Use SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio to maintain software.  Write stored procedures, modify triggers, and develop tables and views to support the RV / IV / Maximo spares processes.

Expand and status P6 CPM schedule for C&Q activities from FAT through licensure, interfacing with procurement and construction schedules.  Provide management reporting using XER and XML links into schedule.  Progress construction schedule.  Develop MS Access software to reorganize Prolog data for CTOP completion reporting.  Use Fluor MileMarker tool monitor construction progress, building interface to load progress data from sub-contractors.  Develop RV tracking tools to track progress on receipt of over 15,000 equipment, instruments, and valves using Access front-end to SQL Server Engineering Data Base.  Assist with development of Time & Materials reconciliation database.

o 2008-9 Commissioning and Qualification schedule for biotech pharmaceutical plant for (Fluor for MedImmune, 150,000 man-hour validation project)
